"Getting caught up in the London riots changed my life. When the police were chasing me, I dropped my phone. That phone had all of my numbers on it. All of the people I was at the riots with, all the people I thought were my friends, everyone. That phone was my life.
It took prison for me to realise my 'friends' weren’t really my friends; they were more like financial acquaintances. We’d get together, plot how to get money and that was about it. I used losing their numbers as an opportunity to make a fresh start."
